Fajita Stuffed Chicken

 1 large chicken breast, about 8 oz.
 ½ cup sliced peppers and onions
 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
 1 slice pepperjack cheese
 salt and pepper

Butterfly your chicken breast and then pound it very thin.

Season it with fajita seasoning. Add salt and pepper.

Stuff the chicken with the pepperjack cheese and veggies. Use a toothpick to hold the chicken together.

Sear the chicken in a pan until it is browned on both sides.

Place the chicken in an oven on 350F until it is cooked all of the way through.

Remove the toothpick and enjoy.
