Firecracker Roasted Salmon

 1 lb. salmon filet
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
 1 clove of minced garlic
 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 1 tsp minced ginger

Mix your soy, balsamic, maple syrup, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes.

Brush it all over the salmon and allow it to marinate for at least an hour.

Roast at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes unless your salmon is thicker and needs more time. Garnish with green onions and serve.
