
Separate your egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until they form peaks.
Fold the yolks back in until the mixture can be poured but is thick. Mix in your onions, salt and pepper.
Warm a skillet on medium heat and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Add your eggs.
Cover with a lid for a few minutes. Flip the omelet over and add your cheese and sausage.
Fold in half and cover the omelet for a few minutes again. Remove and enjoy!
