Drop into 4 mounds on a lined baking sheet. Freeze until solid.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Add more coconut oil if you can not get a thin consistency.
Coat your frozen bites. Allow to set and enjoy. I allow mine to thaw just a bit before eating.
