 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
 1 mango, peeled and diced
 1 16 oz carton of strawberries, diced
 2 tbsp Splenda
 Juice of 1 lime
 4 low carb tortillas
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 Non-stick cooking spray

Mix all of your diced fruit with the Splenda and lime juice.

Cut your tortillas into triangles.

Lightly spray them with non-stick cooking spray.

Sprinkle them with cinnamon.

Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve with your fruit salsa.
