 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
 1 egg
 2 packets of Splenda
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 2 tbsp almond flour
 3 tbsp coffee or almond milk

Mix your ingredients and allow the batter to sit for about 5 minutes.

Drop cookies (makes 6 small cookies) with a spoon onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool before moving them.
