 2 medium zucchini
 2 medium yellow squash
 4 roma tomatoes
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp steak seasoning

Cut all your vegetables into thin slices.

Layer them into a casserole dish in rows.

Once you pan is full, drizzle the veggies with the olive oil.

Sprinkle on the steak seasoning.

Add the parm to the top and bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes.
