Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)
 2 tsp. olive oil
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 1 tsp. minced garlic
 salt and pepper

Cut your chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté in a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook your broccoli as directed on the package and drain the water. Add the broccoli and tomatoes to the pan and sauté an additional 5 minutes.

Blend your cottage cheese, garlic powder and parmesan cheese in a blender. Season with salt and pepper and add chicken broth to reach your desired thickness.

Add the sauce to the pan and stir it through the chicken and vegetables.
