Get Well Soon Chicken Soup

Yields8 Servings

 1 rotisserie chicken (pull off all meat and dice it up)
 1 onion, diced
 4 celery stalks, diced
 2 carrots, peeled and diced
 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 1 red bell pepper, diced
 8 cup chicken broth
 1 tsp. turmeric
 1 tbsp. salt

Add your stock, onions, carrots and celery to a pot and bring it to a rolling boil. Allow it to cook until the veggies start to soften.

Add the other veggies, turmeric, salt and chicken.

Allow to cook until remaining veggies are cooked to your desired tenderness.
