 16 oz chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
 1 medium cucumber
 ½ cup black olives
 ½ cup sliced red onions
 ½ cup baby tomatoes, sliced in half
 ½ cup feta cheese
 4 tbsp greek vinaigrette
 2 cups cooked cauliflower rice

Place your cauli rice in the bottom of each bowl.

Add the chicken, tomato, olives, cucumber and feta cheese.

Drizzle the dressing on top.
