Greek Chicken Kabobs

Yields4 Servings

 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
 2 red bell peppers
 2 purple onions
 8 oz baby tomatoes
 8 oz sliced zucchini
 6 oz. Greek dressing
 1 oz Greek seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley)

Marinate your chicken in your dressing for up to 8 hours.

Assemble your ingredients on a skewer. Season with Greek seasoning.

Grill or bake your skewers just until chicken is cooked through.

Mine took about 5 minutes per side on a hot grill.
