Dice your chicken and season it with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
Cook it quickly in a pan and allow it t cool. Add your romaine, cucumber, olives, cheese and onion to a bowl.
Toss with dressing. Top with chicken and serve.
