Greek Lemon Zucchini

 2 zucchini
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 2 tbsp. lemon juice
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
 salt and pepper

Cut your zucchini in half. Score it in 2 directions creating a diamond pattern but making sure not to go all the way through.

Season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan until desired tenderness.

Make your sauce with the yogurt, lemon juice and yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add your sauce and almonds on top of the zucchini.
