 ½ cup pecans, chopped
 ¾ lb green beans, stem ends removed
 1 tbsp olive oil
 salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place pecans on a baking sheet. Toast 6 to 7 minutes.

Place green beans in boiling water, cover, and boil until crisp-tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

Transfer green beans to a serving platter; drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
