Green Goddess Chicken Salad

 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
 1 cup cottage cheese
 ¼ cup light mayo
 1 tbsp. chopped parlsey
 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 ¼ cup green onions
 1 jalapeno
 juice of 1 lime
 12 small lettuce leaves

Cook your chicken and shred.

Blend the cottage cheese, mayo, herbs, jalapeno and lime juice in a food processor.

Fold the mixture into the chicken. Serve in lettuce leaves.
