 16 oz large shrimp (cleaned and deviened)
 1 tbsp pesto
 4 cups leaf lettuce
 1 small avocado (sliced)
 ¼ cup peas
 ¼ cup cucumber (diced)
 ¼ cup pistachios
 8 tbsp green goddess dressing (no sugar added)

Toss your shrimp in pesto and saute in a pan, just until they are cooked through.

Add your lettuce, veggies, pistachios and shrimp to each plate.

Drizzle with dressing. Keep components separate if you are not eating it immediately.
