Grinder Sub Salad

 Salad
 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
 1 oz. red onion, sliced thin
 1 oz. chopped banana peppers
 1 oz. chopped cherry tomatoes
 2 oz. chopped deli turkey
 2 oz. chopped deli ham
 1 thin slice of provolone cheese
 Dressing
 1 tbsp. light mayo
 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
 1 tsp. banana pepper juice
 pinch of salt and pepper

First add the iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, grape tomatoes, meats, and provolone cheese to your bowl.

Then combine the mayo, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture. Toss the salad thoroughly until all salad ingredients are combined.
