 16 slices of thick cut ham
 ½ cup low sugar pizza sauce
 1 cup diced mushrooms
 ¼ cup diced onion
 ¼ cup diced green peppers
 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 8 slices of pepperoni

Line 8 muffin tins with your ham, 2 pieces per cup.

Add pizza sauce, veggies, cheese and then pepperoni.

Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until ham starts to get crispy around the edges.
