 1 medium zucchini
 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
 1 slice of bacon, cooked and crumbled
 ½ tsp steak seasoning
 1 tsp olive oil

Slice your zucchini 2/3 of the way through, every 1/3 inch.

Add olive oil and steak seasoning and make sure to get it between the slices.

Add the cheese and bacon between the sliced and a little on top.

Bake at 350F 10 to 12 minutes or until it is soft.
