Print Options:

Hawaiian Chicken

 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (cooked or grilled ahead of time)
 ½ pineapple (cut into chunks)
 2 large red onions
 2 large red bell peppers
 1 tsp sesame seeds
 ¼ cup teriyaki sauce (find one with under 8g of sugar)
 1 tsp sesame oil
 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 2 tbsp lime juice
 salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 425F.

Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

Mix your chicken with the crushed garlic, half of your lime juice, and add salt and pepper.

Cut your onions and peppers into large chunks.

Toss them with your pineapple chunks.

Add sesame oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Pour the vegetable mixture on the bottom of the sheet pan.

Layer your chicken on top and brush with the teriyaki.

Bake for 12 minutes and garnish with seeds.
