Cook your cauliflower with your chicken stock, salt, pepper, garlic, and almond milk.
Once the cauliflower is soft you will puree the mixture until it is very smooth.
Brown ground beef with onion and carrots and drain.
Add puree, beef and all other ingredients to the pan and allow to simmer until thick and bubbly.
Garnish with anything you would normally eat on your cheeseburger.
