Healthy Somoa Cookies

 2 smashed bananas
 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 2 eggs
 ½ cup coconut flour
 1 tsp vanilla
 pinch of salt
 2 tsp sugar free caramel
 1 oz Lilly's Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Mix your smashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, salt, coconut and flour and form a dough.

Scoop into 12 scoops on a cookie sheet. Form them into rings.

Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes. Drizzle with caramel, chocolate and sprinkle some coconut on them.
