Hemp Crusted Turkey Patties

 1 medium zucchini
 1 lb. lean ground turkey
 1 egg
 1 tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. pepper
 1 tsp. minced garlic
 ½ onion, finely diced
 ½ cup hemp hearts

Grate your zucchini and add it to a bowl. Add your egg, meat, seasonings, garlic and onion.

Mix well and form 8 small patties. Coat each side in the hemp hearts.

Cook in a non-stick pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray, just until done in the center.
