Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Seer in a pan on medium heat until almost done.
Whisk other ingredients together. Spread half of the sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Add the chicken to the pan. Add the rest of the sauce on top of the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes on 375F.
