 8 oz mushrooms
 2 red bell peppers, diced
 1 bunch of asparagus, cut into pieces
 1 onion, diced
 1 tbsp italian seasoning
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 salt and pepper

Get your skillet hot and spray lightly with cooking spray.
