Italian Eggs and Zucchini

 1 zucchini
 1 tsp. garlic powder
 8 eggs
 1 pint cherry tomatoes
 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
 salt and pepper to taste

Toss your sliced zucchini with the Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Sear in a pan, that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, until soft.

Next, cook your eggs to your liking, seasoning well with salt and pepper.

Sear your cherry tomatoes to go on top of eggs. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
