Preheat the oven to 350F. Separate your egg yolks from the whites.
Blend the yolks with the cottage cheese, salt, and garlic powder until smooth. Beat your egg whites with the cream of tartar until it forms stiff peaks.
Gently fold in your cheddar cheese, herbs and yolk mixture. Do not stir more than needed. Just gently mixed.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the mixture into 12 even heaps. Gently round them out.
Bake about 15 minutes. It is always better after it has set in the fridge over night with parchment paper between the pieces.
