Mix your turkey, onion, garlic, eggs, flour, seasonings, pepper, mustard and soy.
Press 2/3 of it into the bottom of a loaf pan and up the sides.
Fill the well with the cream cheese, bacon anc peppers.
Add the remaining turkey mixture to the top and seal the loaf closed.
Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool some.
Slice and serve.
