Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

 ½ cup jerk marinade
 4 chicken breasts
 salt and pepper
 1 mango, peeled and diced
 ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
 3 tsp lime juice
 3 tsp orange juice

Pound your chicken breasts out thin and pour the marinade over the chicken.

Allow to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

While it is setting, mix together your salsa ingredients.

Grill your chicken on each side about 5 to 7 minutes or until fully cooked.

Add salsa to the top of the chicken.
