Kicked Up Pot Roast

 3 lbs. sirloin pot roast
 2 jars banana peppers
 2 packets of dry ranch seasoning
 1 box beef stock
 1 large sliced onion
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 1 tsp steak seasoning
 olive oil

Drizzle a little olive oil in a hot pan.

Rub your roast with the steak seasoning.

Brown both sides of your roast VERY well.

Add it to a crock pot.

Dump all remaining ingredients over the roast.

Cook on high for 6 hours or until the meat is falling apart!
