In a large pan heat your olive oil and butter.
Dice your cabbage into 1 inch pieces Add your diced onion, pepper and garlic to the pan and cook 2 minutes or so. Add thinly sliced kielbasa and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, salt and pepper, cook until almost tender, this may take a while.
Mix in your mustard, pepper flakes and vinegar and allow to simmer until cabbage is tender.
