Kielbasa Broccoli Bake

 16 oz. turkey kielbasa
 1 cup chopped broccoli
 1 cup chopped cauliflower
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 2 tsp. minced garlic
 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Slice your kielbasa and add your vegetables.

Toss with oil, seasoning and garlic. Place in 1 pan or 4 small dishes.

Top with cheese and bake on 350 for 25 minutes.
