Korean Beef Bowl

 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tsp ginger
 1 tsp garlic
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 packet of Splenda
 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
 1 red bell pepper
 3 jalapeno or Shishido peppers
 2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked

Mix your oil, garlic, ginger, soy, splenda and pepper flakes together.

Brown your meat in a pan. Slice peppers and cook until soft. Drain any excess liquid.

Add sauce. Allow it to simmer. Serve over cauliflower rice.
