Korean Chicken Bowl

 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
 3 tbsp honey alternative
 3 tbsp gochujang paste (may substitiute sriracha)
 2 tsp grated ginger
 2 tsp grated garlic
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 2 red bell pepper, diced
 2 red onions, diced
 3 tsp sesame seeds
 2 sliced green onions
 2 cups prepared cauliflower rice

Marinate your chicken in the honey, gochujang paste, soy, ginger and garlic.

Sear it in a hot pan just until it is cooked. Quickly cook your vegetables the same way.

Add 1/4 of your cauliflower rice, veggies and chicken to each bowl. Garnish with green onions.
