Korean Marinated Eggs

 8 large eggs
 2 tbsp. vinegar
 2 tsp. salt
  cup water
 ½ cup light soy sauce
 3 packets of Splenda
 5 sliced green onions
 4 garlic cloves, minced
 1 tbsp. chili crunch oil
 4 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Start your eggs in a room temperature pan of water. Add the vinegar and salt. Allow to come to a boil, remove from heat, place a lid on and let sit for 12 minutes.

Rinse your eggs in cold water and then soak in an ice bath. Peel the eggs.

Use the remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Toss your eggs in the sauce and allow them to marinate overnight.
