Lemon Basil Chicken

 4 thin chicken breasts
 2 lemons, juice only
 1 tbsp chopped basil
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper

Mix your lemon juice, olive oil, basil, garlic and seasoning and marinate the chicken for at least and hour.

Grill until the chicken reaches 160F in the center. Be careful not to overcook or you will dry out the chicken.

You can also roast or air fry the chicken.
