 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
 ½ cup oats
 ½ cup almond butter
 4 tsp poppy seeds
  cup splenda
 1 tsp lemon zest
  cup lemon juice
 water as needed

Mix protein, oats, almond butter, seeds, splenda, zest and juice in a large bowl.

Begin adding water 1 tsp. at a time until the mixture is moist and holds together.

Form into 24 balls.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
