Lemon Protein Donut

Yields4 Servings

 1 scoop vanilla protein
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 2 tbsp almond flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 eggs
 ¼ cup almond milk
 1 pack of lemonade water flavoring
 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix
 1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate chips (I used Lilly's)

Mix all ingredients except the white chocolate chips. Spray 4 wells of a donut pan well with non-stick cooking spray. Add 1/4 of your batter to each one.

Bake on 350F 15 to 18 minutes or until batter is cooked all the way through.

Allow to cool. Drizzle with white chocolate.
