Lemon Roasted Asparagus

 2 bunches of asparagus, ends trimmed
 ½ lemon, juiced
 2 tsp olive oil
 2 tbsp shave parmesan cheese

Cut end off of the asparagus

Place in a foil lined pan

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper

Squeeze lemon juice all over and toss again

Sprinkle parmesan on top

Roast at 450 degrees for 12 minutes
