 4 diced poblano peppers
 1 can hominy
 2 cups cauliflower cut into small pieces
 1 tsp mexican oregano
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 3 tsp mexican chili powder
 sour cream and cilantro for garnish

Saute your chicken, onion, and peppers.

Add the remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

Add water if soup becomes too thick.
