 10 eggs
 3 oz diced ham
 4 oz 4 oz shredded cheddar
 1 medium onion (diced)
 ½ red bell pepper
 ½ green bell pepper
 salt and pepper

Dice your peppers and cook with your onions until they are soft. Allow them to cool.

Whip your eggs well and mix in all ingredients.

Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until the center is cooked through.

Garnish with sour cream or additional cheese
