 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
 1 lb. cooked and shredded chicken
 ½ cup sliced baby tomatoes
 1 sliced avocado
 ¼ cup shredded cheese
 1 bell pepper, sliced
 ¼ cup corn
 ¼ cup tortilla strips
 ¼ cup sliced green onions
 Dressing
 1 cup blended cottage cheese
 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
 2 tbsp. taco seasoning

Layer all of your salad ingredients on a platter or make them into small individual salads.

Add your dressing ingredients to a blender and blend well.

Add the dressing to your salad right before you eat it.
