Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
 8 tbsp chia seeds
 1 mango, diced
 ½ cup unsweetened cocnut flakes
 ¼ cup Splenda
 pinch of salt
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
 1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients except the coconut and mango.

Let them sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Add them to a bowl and top with mango and coconut. Serve cold.
