
Dice your chicken breast. Clean your green beans and cut them into smaller pieces.
Slice your red onions into thin strips.
Add all ingredients to a lined sheet pan. Toss with olive oil and seasoning. Add tomatoes, blended cottage cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered until chicken is done. Mine took 50 minutes at 350F.
