Mexican Chicken Egg Bake

 12 eggs
 ½ lb. cooked and diced chicken
 1 red bell pepper, diced
 ½ cup sliced green onions
 1 oz taco seasoning
 ½ cup shredded pepperjack cheese

Beat your eggs well and stir in all other ingredients.

Pour in a 9x13 pan that you have sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake on 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is set.

Garnish with sour cream and taco sauce (optional).
