 1 avocado
 2 tbsp. sugar free ketchup
 2 tsp. hot sauce
 juice of 1 lime
 ¼ tsp. cumin
 ½ tsp. salt
 1 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp
 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 1 cup chopped cucumber
 1 diced red bell pepper

Mix your Pico, ketchup, hot sauce, lime juice, cumin, and cilantro together.

Lay your diced cucumber and bell pepper in your serving dish.

Top with the sauce and cooked shrimp. Garnish with avocado chunks.
