Print Options:

MICROWAVE BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 packet of splenda
 ¼ cup almond milk
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 large egg
 2 tbsp greek yogurt
 1 tsp avocado oil
 ¼ tsp vanilla
 1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix
 1 oz blueberries

Mix all ingredients in a small cup or bowl.

Spray a coffee mug with non-stick cooking spray.

Microwave in 30 second intervals until it is cooked all the way through.
