Microwave Protein Cheesecake

 2 oz. room temperature cream cheese
 2 tbsp sour cream
 1 egg
 ½ tsp lemon juice
 ½ tsp vanille
 2 packets of splenda
 berries for garnish

Mix all ingredients well (can do by hand or use a mini food processor).

Spray a microwave safe bowl or mug with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook on high heat for 60 seconds and see if the cheesecake is done.

Cook for 30 more seconds if not.

Store in the fridge until you serve. Can add fresh berries too!
