Cook your turkey burger, onion, garlic and mushrooms in a pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add your cottage cheese, sauce and seasoning. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
Drain your pasta and rinse very well. Add to the sauce.
Bake in a pan with the mozzarella on top until well melted. Mine took 12 minutes on 350F.
