Miso Crunch Shrimp Salad

 Dressing
 2 tbsp. avocado oil
 ¼ cup lime juice
 2 tbsp. miso paste
 ¼ cup Splenda
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 ½ tsp. salt
 2 tbsp. water
 Salad
 1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut into bite sized pieces
 3 cups shredded kale
 3 cups shredded cabbage
 ½ cup Tajin peanuts
 1 avocado
 ½ cup sliced green onions
 ½ cup chopped cilantro

Shake all dressing ingredients in a jar until smooth.

Toss all salad ingredients with the dressing.
